VLF Very Low Frequency High Voltage Tester AC HiPot Tester
Introduction
Vlf high voltage tester AC high voltage tester combines modern advanced digital frequency conversion technology with microcomputer control, which can realize fully automatic voltage boost, voltage reduction, measurement and protection, as well as manual intervention in the automatic voltage boost process. It is especially suitable for insulation withstand voltage test of electrical equipment with large insulation equivalent capacitance, such as cables, transformers, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, etc.
VLF Hipot Tester Features:
- The high-voltage side can directly sample current, voltage, and waveform data, and the data is true and accurate.
- Overvoltage protection: When the output exceeds the set voltage limit, the instrument automatically stops for protection, and the action time is less than 20ms.
- Overcurrent protection: Designed as high and low voltage dual protection, the high-voltage side can accurately stop for protection according to the set value; when the current on the low-voltage side exceeds the rated current, the instrument automatically stops for protection, and the action time is less than 20ms.
- The booster is designed with a high-voltage output protection resistor, and no external protection resistor is required.
- Fully electronic design, small size, light weight. The large LCD screen displays clearly and intuitively, and can display the output waveform. The printer outputs the test report.

Notes:
- Power supply requirement: AC50Hz, 220V, stability of frequency: fluctuation less than 0.5%.
- When using it, the capacitance of the sample should not exceed the rated capacity of the instrument. The overlow capacitance of the sample will affect the output wave form. If the capacitance is less than 0.05µF, the instrument cannot output normally.
- When using it, it is prohibited to boost voltage without load, or to connect with resistive load.
