Brief introduction:
Automatic asphalt extraction machineis suitable to determine bitumen content (bitumen-mineral aggregate ratio) in the bituminous mixture, which is made of viscous petroleum bitumen, by the centrifuge separation method. It is an ideal instrument for pavement construction units, detection unit, scientific research institutions and colleges.

Basic structure:
The full automatic bitumen extraction  instrument is a Floor-type structure.
Composed of sample container and centrifugal separator
The sample container is driven by a motor, and has a frequency converter to adjust the speed.
Start the centrifuge, under the action of centrifugal force, the bitumen is gradually separated from the mineral material to measure the bitumen content.
