The Rut sample forming machine adopts hydraulic pressure to control the pressure of the roller, and the temperature of the roller can be set arbitrarily according to the test requirements. When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, it will automatically stop heating and install the advanced clamping mechanism for the test mold, which is simple, reliable and convenient to use. Wide temperature control range, high precision and good stability. During use, the rolling times of the trolley can be set arbitrarily, and the actual rolling times can be recorded at any time.

Procedure

• The rut sample former includes moving platform, roof, connecting plate and connecting block.
• After the molding module is preliminarily connected with the movable platform through the positioning part, the abutting plate is firstly placed on one side of the molding module, then the screw rod piece is rotated, and the abutting plate is pushed to the molding module through the axial movement of the screw rod piece, so that the pressure is applied to the molding module.

When detection is required:

• Pouring asphalt mixture into the molding module.
• Cooling, placing on a moving platform.
• Reinforcing the molding module by using a locking mechanism.
• Abutting the rolling wheel on the end face of the asphalt mixture through a positioning cylinder.
• Finally starting a power source to realize the reciprocating motion of the asphalt mixture under the rolling wheel so as to finish detection.
