GD-6536B Double Units Distillation Apparatus is designed and made as per standards GB/T6536 Test Method for Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products and ASTM D86 Standard Test Method of Distillation for Petroleum Products at Atmospheric Pressure. It is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, solvent having special boiling point, naphtha, diesel oil, distillate fuels, and other petroleum products.

Distillation range is one important physicochemical index of petroleum products,it's mainly to judge the component of the oil's light and heavy distillation and control the product quality and operation performance etc.There are important significance for light fuel,and it's the important index to control the production of petroleumproducts. It can distinguish the different of fuels by the boiling range,and it's an important testing project of light oil.

Main Technical Features

1.It adopts special heating furnace to ensure the safety of test. Heating power can be continuously adjusted to meet the requirements of test.

2.The height of the flask is adjusted by the lifting device, and the high temperature resistant and heat insulation glass observation window is equipped to observe the whole test process.

3.Condensing tube water bath has the function of temperature control, which can be set and adjusted in the range of 0 ºC ~ 60 ºC. The temperature in the bath is uniform and meets the requirements of the test.

4.The instrument adopts advanced PID self-tuning temperature control system, with high temperature control precision (up to ± 5 ºC), and is stable.
5. The instrument is equipped with a measuring cylinder receiving chamber, It can be used for independent test or two samples of the same specification at the same time, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
