The Freezing Point apparatus is designed and made as per the Industrial Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T 2430 ,SH/T0090-1991(2000), ASTM D1177,D2386 Standard Test Method for Freezing Point of Engine Coolant. It can be used to test freezing point of engine coolants and condensation liquids.

Features

1. This instrument consists of a refrigeration system, an industrial control upper computer control system, an embedded hardware control system, an electromechanical stirring system, a cold bath test observation system, a frame structure shell system, etc.
2. The refrigeration system adopts a cascade refrigeration system, with a minimum temperature of -70 ºC for the cold bath. The temperature control accuracy is achieved by components such as condenser tubes, temperature sensors, bath stirring devices, and heating tubes, reaching ± 1 ºC, meeting the freezing point test requirements specified in the corresponding standards;
3. The cold bath device of this instrument can perform parallel experiments on two test tubes simultaneously; Stainless steel cooling bath is embedded with multi-layer internal heating glass windows, with good insulation performance, no dew or frost, and excellent visibility.
4. A test mixing device driven by a specially designed motor for up and down linear motion.
5. The instrument can automatically capture the freezing point, and based on the temperature recovery characteristics of the freezing point, the changes can be visually observed on the curve of the main interface.
6. The cold bath temperature of this instrument is set to the preset freezing point minus 28 ºC, and the system is automatically controlled without manual intervention.
