Asphalt Mixture Wheel Milling Machine

Brief introduction
Mainly used for molding plate asphalt mixture test pieces, can be molded into a variety of specifications of the test piece, the use of cylinder loading, servo motor control of the test piece forward and backward, can be used for molding the Hamburg rutting test of the plate specimen.

Product Features
The pressure of milling wheel is controlled by pneumatic system and can be adjusted within the range of 0~30KN.
Servo motors are used to control the forward and backward movement of the molds, with a maximum speed of 300 mm/s.
The height of the mold can be adjusted within the range of 30mm~150mm.
Wide temperature control range, high precision and good stability of the mill wheel: adopting PWM modulation for temperature PID control, which can be set arbitrarily according to the test requirements.
Touch screen control and display, work parameters can be saved, easy to operate, easy to set.
The data of the test process can be displayed in curves, including temperature, pressure, height of the specimen, and the data can be exported to USB flash disk.
The device has self-diagnostic function with fault code indication.
The clamping mechanism for mounting the mold is easy to use, safe and reliable.
Two types of stopping methods are available: stopping by number of times and stopping by height (models with height test module).
The number of times the specimen is crushed can be set arbitrarily and displayed in real time. When the actual number of times the specimen is crushed reaches the set value, the crushing will stop automatically.
Real-time display of the height of the specimen, accuracy 0.1mm (optional function).
