Gd-0610 Bitumen Rolling Thin Film Oven for simulating short term aging of asphalt binders
Introduction:
The Asphalt Binder Rolling Thin Film Oven is applied for simulating short term aging of asphalt binders by measuring the effect of heat and air on a moving film of semi-solid asphaltic material.
The Rolling Thin Film Oven is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in T 0610-2011 "Asphalt Rotating Film Heating Test" of the People's Republic of China Industry Standard JTG E20-2011 "Road Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations".
The Rolling Thin Film Oven is suitable for measuring the mass loss of road petroleum asphalt rotating film after heating. And according to the need to measure the rotation of the rotating film, the residue of the asphalt penetration, viscosity, ductility and brittleness and other properties to evaluate the aging performance of asphalt.
Key Features:
1. The Rolling Thin Film Oven is mainly composed of an electrical control part, an oven chamber, and a mechanical transmission device. The constant temperature room is equipped with a lighting lamp, which is convenient for outdoor observation of the indoor working conditions.
2. It adopts the ACO series electromagnetic air compressor and LZJ type air flow meter to meet and control the air flow required for the test.
3. It adopts 90YY60 / 90JB100 series gear motor system to accurately control the speed of test turntable.
