Structure: The Asphalt Rolling Thin Film Oven is composed of oven working room, turntable rotating mechanical device, fan stirring motor, electrical control part, etc. Eight bottles can be placed on the turntable at the same time. Indoor temperature is automatically controlled.

Performance feature: 

• Automatic temperature control, accurate measurement, and error function.
• There is a ventilation layer, through a fan with a case, to provide air to the lower heat source, so that the inner tank temperature is more stable.
• The fully controlled heating element ensures high speed response and low loss of heat conduction and radiation.
• There is a preheated copper tube in the inner liner, which is supplied by the air engine in the box through the flow meter.
• Variable speed motor ensures rotary speed, light transmission and low noise.
• The inner tank of the chamber is stainless steel, and the shell is sprayed with plastic, which is beautiful and generous.
• Retemperature to 163ºC within 10min after closing the door.
• It is equipped with a timing device, which automatically cuts off the power supply after the aging time to prevent excessive aging.
