Introduction: 

ASTM D92 Automatic Cleveland Open Cup Flash and Fire Point Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 3536 "Determination of Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Method)".
It is suitable to determine the flash point and fire point of Cleaver open cup method according to the method specified in this standard, except fuel oil and petroleum products with an open flash point lower than 79ºC.

Application and Features:

• GD-3536D Automatic Cleveland Open Cup Flash and Fire Point Tester is widely used in railway, aviation, electric power, petroleum industries and universities, scientific research institutes, measurement and testing departments and other units to detect and test the flash point and fire point of petroleum products.
• This instrument adopts a color LCD large screen display, an all-English human-machine dialogue interface, and a logo-free keyboard. It has prompt menus and guided input functions for parameters such as pre-value temperature, sample label, atmospheric pressure, and test date.
• The simulation traces and displays the function curve of temperature rise and test time. It has an English misoperation software prompt modification function, and is equipped with a parameter prompt function such as test date and test time.
• Automatically correct the influence of atmospheric pressure on the test and calculate the correction value.
• Differential detection and automatic correction of system deviations.
• Scanning, detecting, and printing data are completed automatically, and the test arm automatically rises and falls.

Precautions

1. The instrument should work under no crrosion environment.The oil cup should be cleaned when changing the test sample.

2. Press manual rising up and lowering down to adjust when the sample be heated to expansion and flash point detecting ring immersed into oil.Pay attention that the adjustment range should not be oversize. 

3. The flash point detecting ring should be kept clean.Operator can use the filter paper to clean the oil dirt so that to keep the detecting sensitivity of instrument.

4. When the instrument not in use,it should be putted in the environment which temperature is 10ºC~40ºC,relative humidity is under 80% and no etchant gas and harmful substance in the air.

5. If there is difference between operation manual and actual operation, take instrument as standard.

 

Warning:If there is any breakdown of the instrument,please shut down the power in time.The instrument can be used again only after it cooling down and be repaired by the professional to avoid any accident happen!
