BS 476-6 Fire Propagation Index Tester 

Introduction:
The BS 476-6 Fire Spread Index Tester was developed in accordance with the BS 476-6 test method. The BS 476-6 method is used to compare the contribution of various materials to the formation of fire, and is mainly used to assess the fire performance of wall and ceiling linings. The results of the determination are expressed as flame spread index. Many UK and Hong Kong building materials or building products must be tested to BS 476-6 Flame Spread Index. BS476-6 flame spread index test can also be used for BS6853 test and British building materials Class 0 test. BS 476-6 fire spread index tester is suitable for indoor wall materials, insulation materials and ceiling materials. Such as glass, steel plate, LED display, etc., to measure the flame spread index.
