What is Sulphur analyzer?
A total sulfur analyzer quantifies all species of sulfurs in a given sample stream continuously, in real-time. Total sulfur analyzers are used in the oil & gas industry at refineries and chemical plants. Total sulfur analyzers are also used at biogas plants to detect impurities in the gas (such as methane).
What is the determination of Sulphur content in oil?
The Sulphur content of crude oils varies from less than 0.05 to more than 10 wt% but generally falls in the range 1-4 wt%. Crude oil with less than 1 wt% sulphur is referred to as low sulphur or sweet, and that with more than 1 wt% sulphur is referred to as high sulphur or sour.
Why do we do total sulphur?
Total sulfur analysis is necessary for quality assurance and control of feedstocks, crudes, and processed fossil fuels prior to combustion to ensure that sulfur concentration is within acceptable limits.

7. The instrument data storage capacity is large, the default storage 4096 content analysis results and 8192 count measurement data, 16 instrument calibration result data, data can be queried, and it can also be uploaded to the computer through the RS-232 standard serial communication port;
8. The instrument has the function of automatic peak stability. When the performance of the detector decreases, the system automatically adjusts the high voltage and corrects the error;
9. The instrument automatically selects the working curve by default, without user intervention.
