Scope of application:
It is used for thermal protection performance testing and evaluation of protective materials such as thermal protective clothing, thermal insulation materials, and insulating materials.
Steps:
1. Install the test board: place the test board on the instrument table, fix it, and connect it to the power supply;
2. Calibrate the temperature: After starting up, calibrate the temperature according to the requirements of the instrument manual;
3. Test samples: Place the protective material samples to be tested on the test board and fix them;
4. Start the test: start the test program, and select the test temperature and time according to the requirements;
5. Test completed: After the test is completed, remove the test sample for inspection.
Daily maintenance:
1. After the instrument is used, the surface of the instrument and the test board should be cleaned in time;
2. Regularly check whether the components of the instrument are in compliance with the standards, and whether there is exposure or wear;
3. Pay attention to the operating procedures during use, and check whether the instrument is in good condition before each use;
