High Voltage Circuit Breaker Tester Contact Resistance Test Set
The GDHL series contact loop resistance tester is designed for accurate measurement of contact and loop resistance in switch control equipment. The device complies with the national standard IEC62271 and uses a 100A DC test current. It is able to directly measure resistance at various current levels (100A, 200A, 400A or 600A) and display the results immediately. It is equipped with a data memory that can store up to 100 sets of measurement data and can transfer data to a computer via an RS232 interface.
• The loop resistance tester uses a new digital switching power supply technology, which can directly generate DC current output to the circuit breaker under test.
• Based on the 4-wire method, the contact resistance of the circuit is quickly measured. The test results are directly displayed on the LCD screen of the instrument. All test results can be printed through the built-in micro printer of the instrument.
• The test results can also be saved in the instrument memory, and the maximum storage space of the instrument is up to 100 groups.
• The stored test results can also be uploaded to the PC through the RS232 interface for storage.
