Vacuum Distillation Tester

The GD-0165A Vacuum Distillation Tester is designed and made as per industrial standard SH/T 0165-92 Standard Test Method for Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products with High Boiling Point Range by Vacuum Process. It is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of wax oil, lubricating oils and other petroleum products with high boiling point range.

A vacuum distillation tester is an instrument used for distillation operations in a reduced pressure (vacuum) environment, and for testing and analyzing the distillation process and results.
In terms of working principle, it utilizes the principle of reducing pressure to lower the boiling point of liquids. Under normal atmospheric pressure, some substances have a higher boiling point, but when the system is in a vacuum state, the pressure decreases and the boiling point of these substances also decreases. This allows the substance to vaporize at a lower temperature, and then liquefy and collect it through cooling, achieving the goal of separating the mixture.
