The Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is designed according to GB/T 261 Determination of flash point-Pensky-Martens closed cup method and ASTM D93 Standard Test Methods for Flash Point by Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Tester.
The instrument adopts the US imported ARM32 embedded SOC system to achieve automation.It has high accuracy and good repeatability.
1. It adopts HD 7 inch high resolution 800*480 LCD touch screen.
2. English man-machine operation interface, the whole test is automatic, intuitive and easy to operate.
3. Ignition mode: electronic silicon carbon rod ignition technology, electronic flame, no need to connect to gas.
4. The instrument has automatic lifting arm, automatic temperature control, automatic ignition, automatic flash point detection, test result saving and printing, automatic air cooling at the end of the test and other full automation functions.
5. The instrument adopts A Class Pt100 high precision temperature sensor imported from Germany to detect the temperature.
6. The instrument has the function of real-time tracking display of sample temperature and test time in an independent operating interface.
7. The instrument adopts a high-precision flash point detector to detect the flash point.
8. The flash point detector cannot touch the sample, the response time is short and the sensitivity is high.
