Automatic RPVOT Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability Tester
Introduction:
The Oxidation Stability Tester is designed and made as per industrial standard of People's Republic of China NB/SH/T 0193-2022 Lubricating oils-Determination of oxidation stability-Rotating pressure vessel method and ASTM D2272 Standard test Method for Oxidation Stability of Steam Turbine Oils by Rotating Pressure Vessel.
The instrument is used to evaluate the oxidation stability of lubricating oil.
Features:
1.The Oxidation Stability Tester adopts the advanced technology abroad, by PLC and touch screen (10 inches) combination control to automatically detect, calculate and record various data, the whole test process without personnel on duty, high degree of automation.
2.Metal bath structure design, instead of oil bath, no heating oil smoke, no complicated cleaning after the experiment.
3.Real-time calibration of temperature and pressure to ensure the accuracy of pressure and temperature.
4.The instrument adopts the form of separate body combination, and a host can be connected to 4 missile body devices.
5.Historical records and temperature and pressure curves can be consulted and printed
6.The instrument has the dual function of automatic and manual oxygenation, and has the function of automatically judging the leakage of the projectile body.
7.Input room temperature before the experiment, the instrument can automatically display the oxygen pressure value required by the experiment.
8.Metal bath heating, with temperature overheating protection device.
9.Automatically judge the oxidation turning point of the test and automatically end the test to ensure the safety, environmental protection and reliability of the test.
10.At the end of the experiment, the instrument can automatically save the experimental results and print the experimental data.
11.Instrument can be connected to LIMS system.
12.Equipped with electric winding machine, can make catalyst coil by itself.
