Product Introduction

GDCW current transformer temperature rise automation test device in accordance with the national grid standard <<GB1206 current transformer>> and the State Grid Corporation standard <<Q/GDW1572 metering current transformer technical specifications>> and other requirements to complete the current transformer temperature rise detection test fully automatically. According to the rated current size of the connected current transformer, the device automatically controls the electronic booster to rise to the target test current required by the standard, and in the process uninterruptedly monitors the temperature of the body of the current transformer, the temperature of the winding joints, the ambient temperature, etc., and automatically determines whether the current transformer has reached thermal stability on the basis of the measured temperature value and the standard requirement of the temperature rise stability conditions. When the temperature rise of the current transformer has reached stability, the device measures the DC resistance of the current transformer coil, and calculates the maximum temperature of the coil winding resistance after the current transformer has reached thermal stability and the maximum temperature rise during the test based on the winding resistance at this time and the DC resistance of the coil winding before the current rise.
