ASTM D2602 5293 Low Temperature Cold-Cranking Simulator for Measuring Apparent Viscosity of Engine Oils

Product Description

Introduction:
The cold cranking simulator (CCS), ASTM D5293, correlates with engine cranking speed at low temperatures. Cold cranking viscosity simulates the viscosity of an oil in crankshaft bearings during cold temperature start up.
1. The automated CCS-GD-H1089 is a cold-cranking simulator for measuring apparent viscosity of engine oils from -40 °C to -5 °C. Automated sample loading, operation and solvent-free cleaning permit unattended processing of up to 12 samples at one time.
2. The instrument mainly tests the low temperature dynamic viscosity index of engine oil.
3. The instrument is fully controlled by computer. The viscosity result is automatically calculated.
4.  It is currently the top CCS tester in China.

Main Technical Features

1. The Fully Automatic Cold Cranking Simulator complies with ASTM D5293, GB/T 6538 standard
2. Test temperature range: -5 to -40ºC
3. Viscosity range: 1500mPa·s to 20,000mPa·s (cP)
4. Semiconductor refrigeration, green and environmentally friendly, no flammable and harmful medium.
5. Computer automatic control, self-correction.
6. 12 samples are measured at a time, eliminating the need for operators to track operations randomly.
7. Automatic calculation of viscosity to provide more accurate data and test results files.
8. The cleaning process has a heating program to ensure thorough cleaning of the viscosity tank and improve the test accuracy.
9. Test time: The test time of each sample is about 10 minutes.
10. Operating system: Windows XP/Win7/Win8/Win10 operating system, software operation is convenient, intuitive, and can be automatically controlled.
11. Instrument operation, microcomputer control, Windows operating system, full English interface.
12. Improved rotor, low torque test condition, high repeatability.
13. Automatically generate a calibration curve that directly displays the test viscosity results.
14. All test process is fully automatic, no manual operation is required, and the test is automatically stopped and warmed up.
15. Automatically calculate instrument deviation after calibration.
