Preface of GD-2806H Automatic Ring-and-Ball Softening Point Tester:
The ring and ball apparatus is designed and made as ASTM D36 Standard Test Method for Softening of Bitumen (Ring-and-Ball Apparatus).
The instrument is used to determine softening point of petroleum asphalt, coal pitch, liquid petroleum asphalt, and various of asphalts.
The instrument can be widely used for asphalt manufacturing companies, highway and bridge construction companies, relative colleges and universities, and scientific research institutes.
Features:
1. The ring and ball apparatus adopts advanced technologies such as computer intelligent control, laser automatic detection, LCD touch screen and micro printer.It has linear temperature heating, uniform bath stirring and accurate test results.
2. It can do four samples or two samples at a time.
3. It has functions of automatic completion of sample testing and automatic printing of test results.
4. It is an automatic and intelligent testing instrument for asphalt softening point with high degree of automation, fast and convenient testing, accurate and reliable testing results.
