Introduction:

The instrument is designed and made as per T0722-1993 Standard Test Method for Bitumen Content of Bituminous Mixture by the Centrifuge Separation Method in Industrial Standard of People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering. The bituminous mixture, which is composed of viscous petroleum bitumen, may be measured for bitumen content (bitumen-mineral aggregate ratio) using the centrifuge separation method. It is the perfect tool for paving construction teams, detecting teams, scientific research institutes, and universities.

Basic Machine Comprises:
1. A sieving unit with solvent spraying nozzle to separate and wash out the asphalt sample capacity 7 sieves 200 mm dia.
2. A filter less centrifuge to separate the filler from the solvent and bitumen solution.
3. A solvent recovery unit to recover the solvent.
√ The apparatus is supplied complete with separate electric control panel and three spare cups for the extraction centrifuge.
