The current transformer comprehensive characteristic tester is the main equipment used to test the current transformer for protection and metering which is widely used in the power system. The main testing items include the current transformer ratio, excitation characteristics, coil resistance and other parameters.

The current transformer calibration device is mainly used for testing the voltammetric characteristics of current transformers, DC resistance test and ratio test performance indicators of the comprehensive characteristics tester.

The device is equipped with four different types of standard current transformers, which are used to simulate the voltammetric curve of real current transformers and to test the turns ratio measurement of current transformers. After the test is completed, the actual data measured by the tester is compared with the standard curve of the corresponding CT to obtain the test results.

Built-in 12 groups of standard CT standard coils for standard protection, its corresponding volt-ampere characteristic curve saturation voltage range 0-8000V, the maximum detectable inflection point voltage is greater than 8000V.
(1) The precision of inflection point marking is more than 1.
(2) Volt-ampere characteristic curve voltage and current marking error is not more than 0.5%.
Measurement range 0-2000, variable ratio error marking error does not exceed 0.1%.
Coil remanent magnetization coefficient Kr marking error of not more than 2%.
According to the comparison program, the test data to be tested can be automatically compared with the standard CT curve.
Coil winding insulation to the chassis 10KV.
Each winding calibration of the volt-ampere characteristics of the number of points not less than 100.
The work cycle for the same coil winding 2 test interval of more than 3 minutes.
Operating temperature 0-50 degrees, ambient humidity less than 85%.

 
Calibration Steps

1) The calibration device of the volt-ampere characteristic tester of the mutual inductor is started and carries out self-checking, so that the switching of a high-voltage relay in the calibration device is normal, and the voltage and current measurement function is normal;
2) Connecting a current-voltage characteristic tester of the mutual inductor with a calibration device;
3) Selecting a standard curve on a calibration application software interface of a calibration device of the volt-ampere characteristic tester of the mutual inductor, and switching a corresponding winding coil to a panel volt-ampere characteristic test end of the calibration device by the calibration device;
4) Setting test parameters on an excitation characteristic test interface of calibration application software, starting a test, and starting boosting of a tester;
5) The calibration device continuously monitors real-time voltage and current in the test process, ensures that the effective value of the test current does not exceed the maximum allowable current of the calibration device, and starts a protection cut-off winding output connection relay when the current exceeds the maximum limit so as to open a loop;
6) After the excitation characteristic test reaches an end condition, the tester gives an actually measured excitation characteristic curve and data, selects data points on the curve at equal step length to compare with a standard curve, and compares the error between the actually measured current and the standard current under the same voltage through the voltage checking function of the standard curve;
7) Selecting curve comparison points after the inflection point, and comparing the difference between the measured data of the transformer comprehensive tester and the corresponding data of the standard curve under the same voltage or current;
8) And after the record of the comparison data points before and after the inflection point is finished, the metering calibration process is finished.
