Operation steps of the critical oxygen index:
1. Put the size of the sample to be tested and put it in the sample bracket;
2. Install the sample bracket in the test room;
3. Adjust the test room's oxygen concentration to 0.5%;
4. Live the sample and record the ignition time;
5. Increase oxygen concentration, observe the combustion, and record the critical oxygen index.
Precautions for critical oxygen index:
1. The sample should be kept pure and not disturbed by humidity, dust, and oil pollution.
2. During operation, we need to comply with relevant safety regulations to prevent accidents such as fire;
3. During the test process, the oxygen concentration should be strictly controlled to avoid the impact on the test results.
4. After operation, clean the test equipment for the next time.
