 Introduction: 
 

GD-265E Asphalt Kinematic Viscometer is designed and made as per the national standard of People's Republic of China GB/T1841 and ASTM D2170 Standard Test Method for Viscosity of Polyolefin Resin Solution. It is used to determine the viscosity of decahydronaphthalene solution of polythene and polypropylene at the stipulated temperature.
GD-265E Asphalt Kinematic Viscometer can also be used to determine the viscosity of asphalt at the stipulated temperature as per the industrial standard of People's Republic of China T0619 Asphalt Kinematic Viscosity Test (Capillary Viscometer Method).The most important features of this instrument is: full plastic spray treatment, durable; double-layer cylinder structure, high-precision temperature control instrument, temperature control accuracy of ± 0. 1 ºC; high temperature, Canfen type countercurrent capillary viscometer special type.

Capillary viscometer: One group of Cannon-Fenske Reverse Flow capillary viscometers; 7 pieces in total. They are N0.200, 300, 350, 450, 500 and 600 (The inner diameters of R tube of them are 1.02, 1.26, 1.48, 1.88, 2.20, 3.10 and 4.00 mm respectively).

Main Technical Features

1. Double -layer constant temperature bath: The inner layer uses a hard high -temperature glass tank of φ300 mm × 300mm, and an organic glass tube with φ360 mm × 285mm with φ360 mm × 285mm. Water vapor enters the insulation layer and affects the observation, which can be filled with dry air (self -provided by inflatable equipment) in the thermal insulation layer. There are three holes on the bathtub, which are placed with a cap viscoste meseped clip and a gel cover. There are three adjustment screws on the clip to regulate the verticality of the capillary viscosityometer.
2. The lighting light uses 220V energy -saving lights, which provides a guarantee for clearly observing the readings of the viscosity meter of the capillary.
3. The temperature control meter:
(1)Temperature sensor: industrial platinum resistance, its division number is PT100.
(2) temperature control meter: Intelligent temperature control meter, with PID self -set and four -bit double LED windows instruction function, fast temperature control, fast response, super -adjustment, temperature control accuracy ± 0.1 ° C.
(3) Heating system: 1000W and 600W dual -electric heating pipe heating. When the instrument first started working, 1000W assisted heating and 600W temperature control heating together, and the temperature was fast; near the set observation temperature point, the heating power can be automatically adjusted, 1000W assisted heating and closed, only 600W temperature control heating work, ensuring the bath temperature Stability.
4. Stirring system: The electric mixer is a single asynchronous motor, stir well, and the temperature control meets the requirements of the technical indicator.
