The rapid low-temperature closed cup flash point tester is a professional instrument used to determine the closed cup flash point of petroleum products and other flammable liquids at lower temperatures. Flash point is an important indicator for measuring the flammability of liquids. It represents the lowest temperature at which sufficient flammable vapor can be generated on the surface of the liquid under specified test conditions, and a flash off combustion phenomenon can occur when encountering a fire source. In industries such as petrochemicals, coatings, solvents, etc., rapid and accurate determination of flash point is of great significance for evaluating the fire hazard, transportation and storage safety, and quality control of products.
1.Designed as per GB/T 5208_2008 Determination of flash point - Rapid equilibrium closed cup method. It can realize purpose of testing closed cup flash point rapidly and at low temperature.
2.The instrument adopts semiconductor refrigeration device and external water cooling device.The size is small and cooling

The rapid low-temperature closed flash point tester is mainly based on the working principle of the closed cup method. Place an appropriate amount of sample in a closed test cup, heat the sample at a certain rate, and generate a small flame inside the cup through a specific ignition device during the heating process. When the temperature of the sample rises to near the flash point, the evaporated vapor mixes with air to form a combustible mixture, and a brief flash occurs when it encounters the ignition source. At this point, the instrument detects and records the temperature at the moment of flash through a temperature sensor, which is the closed flash point of the sample. The rapid low-temperature closed flash point tester usually adopts advanced heating and detection technology, which can complete the test in a relatively short time and achieve high-precision flash point measurement in the low-temperature range.
