CT PT Analyzer Volt-ampere Characteristic Tester

The GDVA-405 VT and CT Tester is a lightweight, rugged device that accurately tests current and voltage transformers. Weighing less than 20 pounds (10 kg), it performs saturation, ratio, polarity, winding resistance and insulation tests on current transformers, and can also be used to test metering and protection rating voltage/potential transformers.

Features

The GDVA-405 provides microprocessor-controlled variable voltage and current outputs and precision instrumentation for automated testing of single- and multi-ratio CTs and VTs.

It will connect directly to a multi-ratio CT and perform all tests - saturation, ratio, polarity, winding resistance and insulation - on all taps at the touch of a button without having to change leads. This significantly reduces testing time.

It is operated via a large, full-color, high-resolution, sunlight-readable TFT LCD touchscreen display.

Manual and automated testing is quick and easy, and you can use pre-built test routines to make testing even easier.

The large color display also enables you to easily read all relevant data during the test and enables you to review the results after the test is completed.
