Generally, the material is forcibly stirred by rotating stirring blades. The stirring blades are installed on the stirring shaft, which is driven to rotate by a motor. After the motor is started, the stirring shaft drives the stirring blades to rotate at high speed inside the mixing container. The material undergoes complex movements under the push of the blades, including circular motion, axial motion, and rolling motion, causing different material particles to collide, disperse, and mix with each other, ultimately achieving uniform mixing. Meanwhile, some automatic mixing machines can also control parameters such as mixing time and speed according to preset programs to meet different material and mixing requirements.
