The Rolling Thin Film Oven (RTFO) test is used to measure the effect of heat and air on a moving film of semi-solid asphalt binder. The results of this treatment are determined from measurements of the binder properties before and after the test.
Features:
1. It is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor, and the temperature of the studio is controlled by a temperature controller. It adopts "fuzzy PID" control, which has smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and more better temperature control accuracy compared with the traditional PID control mode.

3. The heating device is flat electric heating wire, no open flame, uniform distribution, fully controlled heating element ensures .High-speed response, low heat conduction and radiation losses. At the same time, through the convection of the upper and lower air ducts, the heating is even.
4. The left side of the oven is the electrical control part, and the variable speed motor ensures that the rotation speed of the turntable is 5.5±1r/min.
5. The work room is illuminated for outdoor observation.
6.With a timing device, the heating is cut off at the end of the test time to ensure that the sample is not excessively aged.
