After the instrument is unpacked, carefully remove the package and check whether the instrument accessories are complete or not damaged according to the instrument packing list. Then follow these steps:

1. Remove the U-tube differential pressure gauge, clean and dry, and fill the bottom of the U-tube with mercury. During the filling process, ensure that there is no air bubble in the mercury in the U-tube.
2. Connect the vacuum tube to the receiving cylinder as shown in the instrument, install it in one piece with the flask, place the flask on the heating furnace, insert the measuring cylinder into the air bath, and adjust the height of the flask by rotating the knob of the electric furnace to make the flask and The graduate cylinders are all in a vertical position.
3. After each part is installed, the power can be tested. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, and the digital thermometer shows the temperature.
4. Adjust the heating adjustment knob to change the distillation heating power between 0~1200W, and the voltmeter varies between 0~220V.
5. Set the required temperature of the air bath according to the standard to make the air bath reach a constant temperature (see the instruction manual of the temperature control table for the specific operation method).
6. After opening the vacuum pump, adjust the required vacuum by using the micro adjustment valve knob.
7. Start testing according to standards.

1. The Decompression Vacuum Distillation Tester instrument consists of a heated distillation section, an air bath thermostatic chamber section, an evacuation system and a vacuum pump.
2. The heating distillation part uses a solid-state voltage regulator to adjust the heating power, the pointer type voltmeter is visually displayed, and is equipped with a device for manually adjusting the height of the heating furnace, and a glass steel window.
3. The air bath thermostatic chamber uses a digital temperature control table to control the temperature of the air thermostatic chamber.
4. The temperature control range is from room temperature to 90 °C, and the temperature control accuracy is ±0.1 °C.
5. The digital temperature control table can be used to visually display the set temperature and actual temperature, making it easy to adjust the temperature and temperature.
6. The receiving cylinder holder slides left and right to make vertical adjustment of the receiving cylinder easy.
