The thermal radiation tester for floor covering materials is used to measure the critical thermal radiation flux of ground covering materials. The critical radiation flux refers to the incident heat per unit area. The greater the incident heat, the higher the heating required for the material and the more stable the material. The less likely it is to catch fire. In this test device, a thermal radiation source and a T-type burner are installed. The farther the sample is from the radiation source, the lower the thermal radiation flux received by its surface. The sample is ignited with a T-type burner and tested. When the flame is extinguished, the damage distance of the sample and its corresponding thermal radiation flux value are the critical thermal radiation flux.

Features:
1. The stainless steel test box adopts a front door design to facilitate cleaning of the inner wall of the box;
2. The inner wall of the box is made of calcium silicate board, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion;
3. Stainless steel smoke collecting hood device, located above the combustion test box;
4. 300mm X 450mm porous ceramic heat radiation panel, placed at an angle of 30 degrees;
5. A T-shaped porous burner is provided to apply an open flame to the sample and adopt the cylinder push mode;
6. The light path system includes a light source of 2900 ± 100 K color temperature incandescent lamp, and the light source is a silicon photodiode;
7. A shutter is placed in front of the silicon photodiode, which can be automatically opened and closed through computer testing software, making it easy to calibrate and use;
8. The rotor flowmeter adjusts the flame height of the T-type burner;
9. The propane mass flow meter adjusts the gas flow of the radiant panel and displays it digitally;
10. Comes with a blower to provide air source, and uses gas for Venturi mixture test;
11. Use a mass flow controller to adjust the air inlet flow of the radiant panel;
12. SB water-cooled heat flow meter, the working range is 0-50 kW/m2, the heat flow meter accuracy is <±2%, the response time is 0.2 s, and it provides a portable cooling water source without external water;
13. The user can move the heat flow meter to easily calibrate the thermal radiation flux of the radiant panel, and the test software can draw the standard thermal radiation flux curve;
14. Equipped with a foot switch, the user can obtain the flame spread time to the test distance according to the flame spread distance, and the computer records it by itself;
15. Install one chimney thermocouple and one thermocouple in the box, and display them with computer software;
16. Equipped with an infrared radiometer, which can detect the temperature of the radiation panel and display it with computer software;
17. Equipped with a 15-inch industrial touch screen computer, users can monitor the entire combustion test process through test software;
18. The software can display thermal radiation flux values, smoke density curves, transmittance curves, wind speed and other test-related information.
Steps:
1. Install the test equipment in the test room, and adjust and calibrate the equipment;
2. Take samples of paving materials, prepare and process them according to standard requirements;
3. Fix the floor material sample on the test device, and set the function of adding and changing the sample;
4. Kindle the test burner and start the test;
5. Observe the test data, record the test results, and analyze and judge.
