Working principle

Double Planetary Mixer consists of decelerator, planetary frame, agitator, disperser, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system as well as stand etc..The rotating planetary frame drives the mixing and dispersing shafts to revolve around the container axial direction and also to rotate at a high-speed at same time to put the materials under strong shearing and kneading force, so the materials are dispersed and mixed thoroughly. The scraper attached to the planetary frame rotates together with the planetary frame. It clings to the container wall and scrape the materials off the wall continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with scraper for scraping the materials at bottom to ensure without mixing dead corner and excellent mixing result. Finished products with stable quality is ensured

The power distribution cabinet	Vacuum device, frequency conversion speed control, temperature display (control), spotlights, lifting, operation emergency stop and other functions are displayed and operated in the power distribution cabinet.
Safe operation	A. Relying on the Variable-frequency Drive and limit travel switch, the specially designed control route ensures that the upper barrel is automatically stopped after it has risen to the specified position.
	B. During the upper barrel  rising process, the device stirring and dispersing part cannot be started. Similarly, when the machine is transported and mixed, the upper barrel  cannot be risen and the mixing barrel cannot be opened.
	Using the circuit design such as proximity switch, it ensures that the planetary working parts can't be lifted up under the vacuum condition.
	Special vacuum buffer tank design can effectively prevent the vacuum pump oil from flowing back to the mixing barrel.
