Product Description

Purpose and scope:
The Kinematic Viscosity Tester is designed and made as per the Industry Standard of People's Republic of China SY/T5651 "Technical Condition of Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Tester". It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newton liquids) at a constant temperature as per the stipulation in the National Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T265 "Test Methods for Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products and Calculation of Dynamic Viscosity".

Working condition:
1. Please place the instrument on a flat and stable workbench.
2. The liquids determined by the instrument are Newton liquids, the viscosities of which are independence to the shear force and shear rate.
3. For different temperature measurement ranges, please select different bath mediums.
4. Please select suitable capillary viscometer according to the test temperature during sample measurement. Please make sure the flow time of sample in the capillary viscometer should not be less than 200 s or the flow time of sample in the capillary viscometer of 0.4 mm inner diameter should not be less than 350 s.
