Product Introduction
Current transformer short-time thermal current automation test device is a kind of equipment used to test the short-time thermal stability performance of current transformer. 2. The device measures the primary circuit impedance of the sample and automatically controls the output current of the device to the target current based on the measurement results.
3. When the required test output capacity is greater than the maximum output of the device, the I2t equivalent test mode is automatically adopted, making the test feasible.
4. The test process is fully automatic, and the control circuit of the device monitors various signals and detects errors in operation to effectively protect the device itself.
5. The test process is simple and fast, and the values and time curves of various signals such as the sample primary circuit current, primary circuit voltage, and device regulator output voltage are recorded and saved during the test.

High Current Booster
The test control system of CT short-time thermal current tester is installed inside the control box of variable transformer. It controls the host in regulating rise and falls of variable transformer. opening and closing of AC contactor for output controlling of variable transformer, as well as recording and monitoring of primary current, primary voltage, variable transformer voltage, variable transformer current and system voltage waveform during testing.
All operations can be made through the touching display installed on control box of variable transformer; or the Ethernet port on control box of variable transformer can be used for remote computer connection to enter into Industrial Control System operating device in control box by remote login for testing.
