Introduction:

Vlf high voltage tester AC high voltage tester combines modern advanced digital frequency conversion technology with microcomputer control, which can realize fully automatic voltage boost, voltage reduction, measurement and protection, as well as manual intervention in the automatic voltage boost process. It is especially suitable for insulation withstand voltage test of electrical equipment with large insulation equivalent capacitance, such as cables, transformers, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, etc.
 

VLF Hipot Tester Features:

1. This product combines modern advanced digital frequency conversion technology with microcomputer control, which can realize fully automatic boosting, voltage reduction, measurement, and protection. It can also perform manual intervention during the automatic boosting process.

2. Fully electronic design, small size, and light weight.

3. Large-screen LCD display, clear and intuitive display, can display output waveform.

4. Printer can print test reports.

5. The high-voltage side directly samples current, voltage, and waveform data, and the data is true and accurate.

6. Overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection.

7. The design sets a high-voltage output protection resistor in the boost body, and no additional protection resistor is required to be connected externally.

  • Power supply requirement: AC50Hz, 220V, stability of frequency: fluctuation less than 0.5%.
  • When using it, the capacitance of the sample should not exceed the rated capacity of the instrument. The overlow capacitance of the sample will affect the output wave form. If the capacitance is less than 0.05µF, the instrument cannot output normally.
  • When using it, it is prohibited to boost voltage without load, or to connect with resistive load.
