Introduction:
low temperature ASTM D86 Distillation apparatus is designed and made as per standards ASTM D86 Standard Test Method of Distillation for Petroleum Products at Atmospheric Pressure.It is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, solvent having special boiling point, naphtha, diesel oil, distillate fuels, and other petroleum products.
low temperature ASTM D86 Distillation apparatus is a kind of double-units instrument which the minimum temperature of the condenser pipe can reach 0ºC. It is an ideal distillation tester for petroleum products under low temperature condition.
Features:
1.It adopts special heating furnace to ensure the safety of test. Heating power can be continuously adjusted to meet the requirements of test.
2.The height of the flask is adjusted by the lifting device, and the high temperature resistant and heat insulation glass observation window is equipped to observe the whole test process.
3.Condensing tube water bath has the function of temperature control, which can be set and adjusted in the range of 0 ºC ~ 60 ºC. The temperature in the bath is uniform and meets the requirements of the test.
4.The instrument adopts advanced PID self-tuning temperature control system, with high temperature control precision (up to ± 5 ºC), and is stable.
5. The instrument is equipped with a measuring cylinder receiving chamber, It can be used for independent test or two samples of the same specification at the same time, which greatly improves the work efficiency.

7. Temperature gauge:mercurial thermometer, observe the temperature of the distillation flask.
8. Knob of heaing furnace:Adjust the position of the electric furnace.
9.volt mete of left:indicate the voltage of the left furnace
10. heat knob of left:indicate the heat power of the left furnace.
11.temperature controlled switch: on this switch, the temperature controller start to work.
12. light switch: on this switch, the light is start to work.
13.water bath temperature controller: set and control the temperature of the condensation water bath.
14.seat pad: put the graduated flask on it.
15.graduated flask:hold and measure the condensation distillation liquid
16.outlet: the distillation liquid in the graduated flash from it.
17.heat knob of right:adjust the voltage of the right furnace heat power
18.voltmeter of right:adjust the voltage of the right furnace
19.Main power:the main switch of the total power.
20.Refrigeration switch: on this switch, the condensation water bath start to work.
