Lgnition System:
  1. The small trolley can install two mutually perpendicular sample specimens. There is a sand box burner at the bottom of the vertical corner, which adopts the surface ignition method and is equipped with a flame detection system as a flameout protection device;
  2. Mass flow controller, the range is 0g/s-2.5g/s, and the reading accuracy is not less than 1.5%.
Exhaust system:
  1. Stainless steel J-shaped smoke exhaust pipe, a heat-insulated round pipe with an inner diameter of (315±5)mm, and a 50mm-thick high-temperature-resistant mineral wool for heat preservation;
  2. The smoke exhaust system should be able to continuously exhaust smoke at a speed of 0.50m3/s-0.65 m3/s, and be adjusted by frequency conversion;

Gas Sampling System:

Q:How to use SBI?
A:The test is carried out in a combustion chamber with a height of 2.4m and an area of 3m X 3m. There is a gas collection hood and a smoke exhaust pipe connected to the sampling pipe on the top of the room, and there is a space for air to flow in and out naturally under the trolley.
During the test, the heat released by the combustion of the sample and the combustion products must be discharged from the exhaust pipe. A comprehensive sampling area is provided in the smoke exhaust duct for placing sensors and sampling pipes. Measure gas temperature, combustion release compound concentration, oxygen concentration, light attenuation of flue gas, total flow of air and combustion products in the sampling pipe.
