GD-0709A Digital Marshall Stability Tester Machine for maximum load and flow values of bituminous mixtures
Introduction:
The marshall test is a proven method for determining the load and flow rate of asphalt elements. It starts with compaction into molds using either individuals or automatic Marshall Compactors, and is then conditioned in a water bath at the preset temperature. The Industrial Standard T0709-2011 and ASTM D6927 in TG E20-2011 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering are used to develop and manufacture the Digital Marshall Stability Tester Machine. Additionally, it is employed when testing bituminous materials for Marshall stability.
Features:
1. The Marshall Testing Equipment includes stopwatch, automated test control, measurement calibration, and parameter setup features. The control unit will instantly assess the peak value and gather the sample's stability and flow values.
2. The stability, flow value, curves, outcome, and time are displayed on the LCD monitor. The test effect is intuitive.
