The ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China industry standard SH / T 0689-2000 "Measurement Method for Total Sulfur Content of Light Hydrocarbons and Engine Fuels and Other Oils (UV Fluorescence Method)", applicable to T 0689 standard, the total sulfur content is determined by ultraviolet fluorescence method, which is suitable for the test of sulfur content of gasoline and diesel including the national V standard.
The ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur analyzer can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, coal, food, environmental protection and other fields. It is an advanced sulfur analysis instrument at home and abroad.
1. Used with desktop computer, using Windows operating platform, direct dialogue between man and machine, and setting and testing of all parameters through keyboard operation.
2. Computer control technology is used to automatically complete data collection, processing, storage and printing. The test has a wide linear range, strong anti-interference ability, simple operation, and stable and reliable results.
3. The imported fluorescence excitation source, film dryer, filter, metal-encapsulated photomultiplier tube are used, and the test has high sensitivity, fast, stable, high accuracy and good consistency.
4. The advanced temperature control system is adopted, which has two sections of heating and inner-wound tubular electric furnace. The heating is fast and stable, and the life of the instrument is long. The temperature control accuracy can reach ± 5 ºC in the full temperature control range, which meets the requirements of the test.
5. It can test the sulfur of solid and liquid samples, as well as the sulfur of gas samples. The application area is wide.
6. It adopts an integrated desktop structure design, heating furnace and controller form a complete whole, novel and beautiful.
7. There are few test samples and the test time is fast. The test time of each sample on the machine is about 2 minutes.
After introducing the sample into the high-temperature cracking furnace, under aerobic conditions, the sulfur in the sample is oxidized to produce sulfur dioxide. After the reaction gas is dried and dehydrated, it enters the fluorescence chamber. Sulfur dioxide is irradiated with ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength, absorbing energy and transforming into excited state sulfur dioxide. When the excited state sulfur dioxide returns to the ground state, it emits fluorescence. The fluorescence signal is received and amplified by a photomultiplier tube, then amplified by an amplifier and processed by a computer to convert it into an electrical signal proportional to the light intensity, thereby obtaining the sulfur content in the sample.
