Product description
Current transformer short-time thermal current automatic test device in accordance with the national standard <<GB1206 Current Transformer>> and the national network company standard <<Q/GDW1572 Current Transformer Technical Specification>> and other requirements to fully automatic completion of the current transformer short-time thermal current detection test. The device first measures the impedance value of the connected current transformer sample circuit, and then automatically controls the output current of the device to the target test current value based on this impedance value and the set test current value. Under the condition of 1s test duration, when the output current and load calculated by the device exceed the maximum output of the device, it will reduce the test current and extend the test duration according to the I2t equivalent test method given in the standard, and the longest test time is controlled within 5s to ensure that the test process is numerically equivalent to the 1s thermal current impact test by adding I2t to the primary circuit of the sample.

Precautions for use
(1) CT short-time thermal current test device must use more than 10mm2 wire diameter cable reliable grounding before energizing
(2) CT short-time thermal current test device in the high current shock test, the operator and the device regulator control box and booster box must maintain a safe distance of more than 3 meters
(3) CT short-time thermal current test device after the completion of the test, the test circuit temperature may be very high, should be avoided immediately after the completion of the test to lift the test product and cause burns
