Introduction:
* Reid Vapor Pressure ASTM D323 measures the vapor pressure of crude oil and petroleum refined products, and the vapor pressure of volatile petroleum liquids.
* It is used to make determination for vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products.
The Automatic Reid Vapor Pressure Testing Equipment cannot be used to determine the vapor pressure of LGP. It is fully-automatic vapor pressure tester by PC control and operation.
* The motion mode of the bomb can change from the horizontal axial to traditional 350 degree rotation into a "seesaw" movement,which can make the sample stirring fully and it can meet the requirements of standard ,the results of the vapor pressure is more accurate. The technical level of the whole machine is in a leading position in the same kind of instruments in China.
* The lower machine is mainly composed of main control panel, constant water bath, heater, water bath circulation system, temperature control device, pressure detection system, test chamber, etc.
The functions of each part are summarized as follows:
1. The upper software of automatic vapor pressure tester is installed on PC, it can follow the user's orders, collect the data collected by the lower computer, and it can also analyze, calculate, draw, display, save and print automatically.
2.Main control board: the internal use of SCM control, according to the procedures set in advance, under the control of the PC machine,to make coordinated operation of all parts of the system.
3.Water bath circulation system: to provide the suitable test temperature for the test chamber.
4.Temperature controller: to control the temperature of the constant water bath, make the temperature keep in the range of 37.8±0.1ºC.
5.Test chamber: to meet the requirements of the national standard, easy to operate,the maximum pressure is 1Mpa.
1. This Automatic Reid Vapor Pressure Testing Equipment consists of two parts: "built-in industrial computer and color touch screen" and "instrument host". The desktop structure and the integrated machine form have reasonable design, compact structure, low failure rate and stable and reliable operation. The instrument can automatically complete the sample pressure and temperature detection during the test; automatic management and control of the test process; automatic sampling, analysis and calculation of test data; real-time display of test curve of test process; automatic display of test results, etc.
2. The Automatic Reid Vapor Pressure Testing Equipment has high degree of automation, accurate test results, good repeatability and convenient operation.
3. It adopts advanced heating technology, while fundamentally achieving water and electricity separated, the separator used to cover the heating tube in the water bath is removed, so that the total height of the water bath is reduced, there is no dead angle in the bath, and the bottom is clearly seen. Water saving, it is also convenient for users to regularly clean the water bath.
4. The movement mode of the test bomb is changed from the traditional horizontal axial 350 degree rotation to the "saw plate" type movement, so that the sample is more fully stirred in the test bomb, more in line with the requirements of the standard, and the test results of saturated vapor pressure are more accurate.
5. Built-in heating protection function, when there is no water in the water bath or too little water, the system will automatically cut off the heater and stop the pump, which can avoid damage to the heater and pump.
