Audited Supplier The instrument unpacking and installation:
1.After the opening of the instrument according to the packing list, check whether the parts are available, there is no damage.
2.The instrument is placed on the level of the table, there is no impact on the normal operation of the equipment, such as the corrosion of gas, electromagnetic interference and other phenomena.
3.Add to clean water into the mark in the water bath .
4.Turn on the power supply switch to let the instrument get power.
Precautions:
1.Before using the instrument to ensure that the three core power socket has fine grounded.
2.Always keep the instrument dry and clean, so that the test can be started normally.
3.Do not heat the instrument when there is no liquid in the water bath to avoid any damage to the heating component.
4.When the water bath starts heating after the test, you'd better cover the water bath, especially when the room temperature is low, it can save energy and keep the temperature.
5.When doing the test should be careful, do not let the water into the side of the control box and the back control box, otherwise it will cause the instrument problems or may be dangerous.
Operation Methods for Vapor Pressure Calibration Tester:
Calibration value calculation
The instrument shows the pressure unit is kPa or psi, and the mercury column shows the unit is mmHg. The two need to be converted.
760mmHg =101.325 kPa = 14.6959 psi
(760mmHg shows the height difference of the mercury column at 0ºC.Under the same pressure, the height difference of the mercury column at room temperature is slightly higher than that of the mercury column at 0ºC,it can be ignored)
For example:
If the pressure meter shows 50 kPa when pumping, this time U-tube level difference reading of mercury column is H=370mmHg,conversion to kPa value is:
P=(101.325/760)×370=49.3 kPa
Then change the pressure reading is 49.3,is equivalent to change the modified value is -0.7.
