Main unit and accessories

 Preparation before test

1. Please carefully read the Operation Manual before use.
2. Please carefully read the National Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T17040 and GB/T11140 to acquaint and familiar with preparation methods, operation procedures and test requirements.
3. Please get ready for all test apparatus and materials as per the requirements of relative standards.
4. Check working state of the instrument to make sure it is in accord with working environment and working condition stipulated in the Operation Manual.
5. Check outer shell of the instrument to make sure it is fine grounded.
6. The power supply of the instrument is AC 220V±5%, 50 Hz. The outer power supply wire should have fine grounding end.

Sample cell preparation and filling procedure
a. Then put a cell film on the center of the inner cell. See Fig.14 (b);
b. Press the outer cell on the inner cell with polymer film and press the outer cell to the bottom. See (c) and  (d);
c. Check the film. If it is tight and flat, the sample cell can be used.
d. Fill standard sulfur sample or sample to be determined into the main part of the sample cell. Then close the cover of the sample cell. Write serial number, date, sulfur content (S% (m/m)) of standard sulfur sample, and sulfur content (S% (m/m)) of sample to be determined on the cover of the sample cell. See (e). (f) ,Please make determination immediately after filling standard sulfur sample or sample to be determined into the sample cell to avoid sample leakage and evaporation.
