1. The Asphalt content furnace is designed and made ASTM D6307. It can determine asphalt content of the bituminous mixtures rapidly, correctly, safely and reliably. It is also used to analysis the asphalt mixtures after the combustion .
2. ASTM D6307 asphalt content test apparatus by ignition method covers the determination of asphalt content of asphalt mixture and asphalt pavement samples by removing the asphalt cement in an ignition furnace.

>>> At the bottom of the chamber there are four dia.30mm tube ports. They are for four dia.16mm cast synthetic mica bars attached under a cordierite-mullite tray to get through the chamber, so that the tray can connect with the balance which could monitor the reduction in weight of the sample. Put the sample plate or basket on the tray for sample placement. Above the furnace chamber there is fumes assembly chamber where the fume mixes with air before exhausted through the flue by the fan.

6. 7inch industrial stage touch-screen .and the screen display large information ,operation is simple and convenient ,the work is reliable .Put the sample into the furnace and close the furnace door ,press the open key ,the instrument can be finished the determination automatically.
7.Real-time display test procedure data ,and it has self diagnostic function ,fault code indication function ,it can inquire about the history data and deal with it .
8. After the test finished ,the instrument has voice indication function and it can save and print out the test results.
