Class 0.2 Transformer Load and No-Load Tester
Introduction:
Class 0.2 Transformer Load and No-Load Tester can measure the voltage, short circuit current, no-load loss, and short circuit (load) loss of a transformer. It is possible to conduct harmonic tests and analyze the 31 harmonics. The instrument shifts ranges automatically, enabling voltage measurement, a large current range, and straightforward wiring. Test the three-phase transformer under load and at no load to see if the wiring is proper. The instrument will also show the three-phase voltage and current vector.
One tester is all that is required to measure the load experiment under a 1600 kVA distribution transformer at full current; however, under 2500 kVA distribution transformers, the measurement can be completed in 1/3 of the rated current (in this case, the instrument can be used to calculate the load loss parameters under the rated current).
