Product Description

The Bunch Cable burning  Testing Machine is conformance to UL1685  and several standards,The vertical burning tester for wire and cable bundles is designed according to the relevant provisions of the UL1685 and GB18380.31 standards for wire and cable bundle burning tests. It also complies with IEC 60332-3-10, KS CIEC 60332-3-21~25 (Class A~D) standards. When a certain amount of gas is supplied to the box and ignited using a standard ignition source, this instrument can be used to test the vertical flame spread to the vertical cable and wire state. In addition, if the burner of this tester is adjusted by 20 degrees, it can meet the IEEE 383 (IEEE 1202) test standard. If a heat release instrument is attached, it can also measure dynamic values such as H.R.R
(heat release rate), S.P.R (smoke generation rate), etc.
The heat release test system is completely based on GBT31248-2014 and EN50399:2011 standards. It adds heat release test smoke pipes, air intake pipes and fans on the basis of GB18380.31 bundled combustion test furnace. It can test the combustion heat release performance of wires and cables.

Features of the box

1. The size of the stainless steel test box is 1,000±100(W)x2,000±100(D)x4,000±100(H)mm. The inner surface of the box is higher than the ground, and the back side is covered with thermal insulation materials.
2. Equipped with stainless steel ladders in accordance with the requirements of GB/T18380.31; one set of wide ladders 800mm and narrow ladders 500mm;
3. The steel ladder is made of stainless steel; corrosion-resistant; easy to clean;
4. In the lower part of the box, there is an air inlet of 800±20(W)x400±10(D) at a position 150±10mm from the front of the box.
5. An imported thermocouple K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 2mm is installed on the inside of the box;
6. An anemometer is installed on the top of the box to monitor the wind speed environment outside the combustion box;
7. A 300±30 (W) x1,000±100(D) exhaust port is opened on the top of the box to facilitate the exhaust of smoke during the test; the wind speed is adjustable at 10m/s;

Burner: ribbon propane gas blowtorch, size 257mm x4.5mm, with 242 holes in total, arranged in three rows, 81, 80, and 81 holes respectively, the diameter of the hole is 1.35mm, and the distance between the holes is 3.2mm; 2. Structural part:
