Introduction:
     Thermal protection performance tester is applicable to different requirements of textile and garment, petrochemical, labour safety protection and quality supervision and testing industries and institutions for the protection of thermal protective performance of protective clothing, for the development of fire-retardant protective clothing, quality control during production and the use of the thermal protection letter function of the flame retardant protective clothing provides a scientific and reliable basis. It is used to detect the thermal protection properties of protective clothing, safety shoes, gloves, helmet outer surfaces, etc. The thermal protection properties of the material are tested by the action of a given heat source of heat radiant.

Application:
Used to detect thermal protection of protective clothing, safety shoes, gloves, outer surfaces of helmets, etc.

Features:

  8. A copper plate calorimeter device for detecting convective heat and radiant heat while detecting the temperature of the backside of the sample.
  9. The rotameter can adjust the flow rate of the combustion gas with an accuracy of ±2% and a range greater than 3L/min.
  10. The pointer pressure gauge, the intake pressure can be adjusted by the pressure reducing valve, the pressure reducing valve range is 0-15 psi.
  11. One quarter rotary plug, which can manually cut off flammable gas.
  12. The temperature acquisition system has a resolution of 0.1 C° and an accuracy of ±0.75 ° C.
  13. The data acquisition speed of the automated data acquisition system is /0.05 seconds, and the cold junction compensation is provided for the measurement data of the thermocouple.
