Introduction

According to the requirements of fire protection, the fire resistance limit test should be carried out for all kinds of beam and plate load-bearing members. According to the requirements of standard
EN1363-1,1363-2,hydrocarbon curve and relevant requirements of ISO834, the fire resistance test should be heated by open flame, so that the specimens are subjected to similar flame effects as the actual fire. This test furnace simulates the actual heating process of the fire, and meets the requirements of the fire resistance limit test of the specimen, and comprehensively evaluates the fire resistance of the component.
 

 

Furnace structure


The design life of the furnace is more than 20 years. The construction of the furnace adopts GOVMARK technology of the United States. Five-layer structure, when the inner layer is 1300°C, the outer temperature is normal temperature; Long service life, the inner layer of thermal insulation materials (wear parts) easy to replace. Five layers of structure, from the outside to the inside respectively: the first layer for the steel structure frame; The second layer is built with red bricks; The third layer for refractory high temperature asbestos; The fourth layer is firebrick; The fifth layer contains zirconium refractory high temperature cotton, refractory temperature reaches 1600ºC.

It is composed of manual butterfly valve, filter, gas gas-liquid separator, secondary pressure reducing valve, gas overpressure release valve, high pressure switch, low pressure switch, solenoid valve (cut-off valve), pressure regulating valve, gas pressure gauge, seamless steel pipe and gas leakage alarm. It can realize filtration, voltage regulation, flow metering, high and low pressure and other fault state automatically cut off functions to ensure safe combustion. Set gas alarm if there is a leak automatic alarm, at the same time gas solenoid valve automatically cut off and stop gas supply

4. Air Pipes
4.1 Composition
It is composed of fan, frequency converter, manual butterfly valve, low pressure switch, air, gas and liquid separator, etc.
4.2 The air supply adopts two air supply channels, and the fan power is 7.5kw. The fan adopts centralized control and interlocking control with the burner to realize fault alarm and automatically cut off the gas supply; See Figure 4-2

6.2 Using bottled liquefied petroleum gas as fuel requires gasifier gasification to convert liquefied petroleum gas from liquid phase to gas phase. Multi-bottle pipeline installation, that is, 8 bottles in series as a group, two groups of 16 bottles, automatic control circuit, test when the pressure is lower than the set value, liquid phase switching valve will automatically switch to another group, so as to prevent the test gas suddenly exhausted, so that the test is interrupted.
