Introduction of Mashall Test:
The Marshall Stability Test Machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T0709 "Marshall Stability Test of Asphalt Mixtures" in the People's Republic of China industry standard JTJ052 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures for Highway Engineering". It is suitable for the Marshall Stability Test of asphalt mixture, which can accurately determine the failure point of asphalt mixture for the design of asphalt mixture ratio or asphalt pavement construction quality inspection.
Features of Mashall Test:
This marshall stability apparatus is composed of electric (or manual) loading, automatic control, data display, data upload, etc. Which has the following characteristics:
1. The marshall test apparatus adopts industrial touch screen, advanced technology, high-end products and excellent performance.
2. Automatically process the deformation initial segment data, and display the test results by the industrial touch screen.
3. With three-channel high-speed A/D conversion, high sampling accuracy, accurate and reliable sampling data.
4. There are two loading modes: automatic and manual. In general, automatic loading is used, and manual loading can be used in calibration or special cases.
5. With real-time test, automatic shutdown and reset function.
6. The marshall stability test apparatus adopts the dual electronic displacement meters, four-digit display, the average value of displacement data is more accurate and reliable.
7. With state setting memory function, after state setting, the data is saved by the computer.
8. The industrial computer has unlimited storage of test results, and it has the data upload function with the corresponding software.
9. In an emergency, press the emergency stop switch to forcibly turn off the power source.
