The Oven is mainly composed of electrical controlling parts, oven working chamber and mechanical gearing.
1. The surface of the instrument is treated with plastics and the inner liner of working chamber is made of stainless steel.
2. There are heat preservation layer and air conduit between the working chamber and shell of case. In order to prevent heat loss from working chamber affecting the temperature controlling accuracy and the controlling temperature, the heat preservation layer is filled with heat preservation materials.
3. A floodlight is installed in the working chamber so that the user can observe test procedure in the chamber from outside.
4. A rolling disk, which can hold 8 pieces of asphalt samples, is installed in the chamber. When you disassemble the rolling disk, the oven can be taken as a constant temperature case.
5.There is an air compressor in the chamber to supply air for test. The air controlled by the flow meter on the control panel will enter into the copper tube in the ventilation conduit for preheating, and then the air will be spurted to the sample bottle on the rolling disk through a nozzle.
6.There is a heating device at the bottom of working chamber to heat air using air natural convection method. The chamber will be heated evenly by the up, down, left, right and back air conduit.
7. The heating device is a fan-shaped heater, and there is no flame and the heat can be evenly distributed, so it can heat the chamber evenly.
