Product Description

This GD-R2223  Oxidation Stability Bath unit measures the induction period for oxygen in gasoline, and allows the weight of gum and residue in aviation fuel to be determined by direct weighing.Comprising a heated water bath with reflux condenser, a cold water plunge tank for cooling test vessels after each test, and an integral system for charging oxidation vessels prior to test. The GD-R2223 Oxidation Stability Bathprovides automatic monitoring of up to four pressure test vessels. High quality pressure transducers and system components ensure reliable operation and fully traceable results

Technical Features

1. The software automatically records the conductivity change curve, and determines the induced inflection point by calculating the second derivative of the curve;
2. After the test, the result of the induction reaction time is stored in the database together with the test process curve for query;
3. In addition to measuring the induced reaction time, the software also allows the evaluation of the so-called stabilization time, the time required for the conductivity to reach a specific value
4. The software can also re-evaluate each test curve. Select a section of curve for evaluation by setting the evaluation time range to avoid some data abnormalities due to cleaning, specimen or other reasons
5. The database can save all data related to the test, including conductivity curve, induced reaction time, method used, test start and end time, etc.
6. You can query test data by setting query conditions;
7. The software also has the functions of multi-curve comparison and curve analysis;
8. Display mode: curve/digital two modes
9. Temperature and flow can be calibrated by testing software
