Brief introduction:

Insulated Boots (Gloves) Test Units, also known as Insulated Boots (Gloves) Test Equipment, are used to test and evaluate the insulation and voltage resistance of insulated boots (gloves). Precautions:

1. During the test, the operator should operate at a safe distance (less than 20KV per meter in the air), and the frequency withstand voltage test bench must be reliably grounded, with a grounding resistance of less than 0.1Ω.
2. Insulation resistance should be tested before use, and its insulation resistance value should be more than 2MΩ.
3. Before use, check whether the contacts of each electrical component are loose, whether the contact is good, and whether the protection system can work normally.
4. Before use, the insulated pole, electrode, electrode rod, water tank and other parts should be wiped with alcohol.
5. After the test, the water should be discharged, and the parts should be dried with cotton cloth. If not used for a long time will be the water tank, electrode rod, insulation pole in a dry and ventilated place to save.
6. The work and storage place should be free of gas, steam, chemical dust and other explosive and erosive media that seriously affect the insulation.


Transport and protection:
 
1. When this device is transported, it should be covered with a plastic bag to prevent moisture, and the box is padded with foam around to prevent shock.
2. During handling, hard impact should be prevented.
3. The device should be stored in a dry and ventilated place where the relative humidity is not more than 80% and there are no corrosive substances.
